What is Fantacy Tribe?
Fantacy Tribe is a packaged carnival experience for Dominica's Carnival climaxing with the Carnival Tuesday costume parade. In 2025 our package will be from February 26 - March 4. We would be happy to welcome you to our tribe - visit our "About Us" page to learn more.

What if I do not want to attend these events and I just want a costume - do I get a discount on my package?
No, Fantacy Tribe is a packaged carnival experience. All packages are inclusive of all events.

Can I purchase tickets individually these events?
Patrons who are not members of Fantacy Tribe can only purchase admission to Lumi-Nation J'ouvert and Lumi-Nite individually. However, Roll Call, Fantacy Fitness Fusion, and Fantacy Tribe are exclusive to members of the Tribe. See our events page for more details.

Can I bring Non-Fantacy Tribe masqueraders any of the exclusive events?
While, Roll Call is an exclusive welcome event, we allow Fantacy Tribe patrons to bring guests along. In 2025, Masqueraders must purchase admission for any non-Fantacy Tribe guests at the time of registration or by contacting our customer service. No cash or electric payments can be made upon entry to the event.

Other exclusive events, namely Fantacy Fitness Fusion and SAMBA Costume Parade, remain exclusive to Fantacy Tribe masqueraders.

Can I transfer my admission to Fantacy Tribe events that I am unable to attend?
Transfer of admission will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to contact our customer service to discuss your case.

COSTUMES
Can I choose a different panty style than the one advertised with my costume line?
Panty style cannot be swapped or switch between lines in a given section. For example, a backline panty cannot be swapped out for a frontline panty. The masquerader would need to purchase the frontline panty in this case.

Can I choose a different bra style than the one advertised with my costume line?
In select cases, bra style options are available between wire and regular covered.

Can I switch sections?
No, section changes will not be permitted.

Can I adjust my order sizes after I placed my order?
All order sizes are final, it is recommended that you measure yourself and use our size charts prior to ordering if you are uncertain about your size.

Can I be a part of Fantacy Tribe without wearing a costume?
All our packages include costume parade attire, to be worn on Carnival Tuesday. The only non-costume option available is SAMBA Boys - Casual Wear, which is exclusively for males.

Are the costumes gender-neutral?
No; our costumes are designed with specific styles that cater to traditional male and female forms.

​REGISTRATION
What is the registration deadline?
Your last chance to join the Tribe is January 31, 2025. Keep in mind, we cannot guarantee availability of all costumes up to that date.

Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes, you may pay for your package in intervals of 25% - 35% - 40% or 40% - 60%, depending on your registration date. A breakdown of our offered payment plans can be found on the registration page. You can also make partial payments up until your final payment date; January 31, 2025.

Do you offer group discounts?
No; however, we will offer limited-time offers ever-so-often. Stay tuned to our social media for these deals!

What happens if I don’t pay my package balance by the deadline?
The deadline for payments is Friday, February 28, 2025. Any costumes not paid for by that date, will be available for resale Saturday, March 1 - Sunday, March 2. Previous payments made by the masquerader would be forfeited. ​

​ ​DISTRIBUTION
Can someone collect my costume on my behalf?
Yes, you may designate an Authorized Collector by logging into your Fantacy Tribe account at https://fantacytribe.masos.app, sign in, hit the menu icon in the top left corner, select Authorized Collectors, select Add Authorized Collector, and fill out the fields.
Otherwise, you may inform us via info@fantacytribe.com stating the name, and photo identification (preferably a clear headshot) of the person who is collecting your costume. When they come to collect, we will verify their identity using a valid ID. Once we verify the identity of the collector, the costume will be distributed. Please remind them to walk with a valid ID.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my order or no longer wish to participate?
No, unfortunately all sales are final. Carnival costumes are customized items and therefore, nonrefundable.

​Where and when do I collect my costume?
The costume distribution schedule will be emailed to all masqueraders, posted to our website and social media channels. The final date of official costume distribution will be determined shortly, after which all uncollected costumes will be resold at management’s discretion.

I missed my collection date – what do I do?
You can collect your costume on any day after your designated date until the end of official distribution. However, priority is given to persons collecting on their designated day.

Will you resell any uncollected costumes?
Yes, all costumes not collected by closing hours on final date of collection, will be made available for purchase to all interested masqueraders on the next day. The sales transaction will be done on a first come first served. Management reserves the right to suspend this process at any time.

What is the price for resale costumes?
The price for all costumes is the advertised price as noted on our website.
​
Will I be able to receive my package without settling an outstanding balance?
All package balances must be cleared in order for masqueraders to complete the pickup process.

Do you accept payment via PayPal/CashApp?
Our primary payment method will be via secure payment at www.fantacytribe.com and our third-party registration and inventory manager. However, on a case-by-case basis, including during distribution, payments will be accepted via PayPal, CashaApp, Zelle, and MoBanking.

Will costume fitting be available at the distribution camp?
Costumes will be made accurately to the masqueraders sizes requested at the time of registration. We will consider fitting requests on a case-by-case basis.
​
Do you provide costume alterations at the distribution camp?
Fantacy Tribe does not provide alterations; however, we have a network of seamstresses and tailors that we will recommend to masqueraders if needed.
​
Would I be able to pay my balance via cash at the distribution camp?
While we prefer electronic payments, we will accept cash at the distribution camp.
